Most enterprise Braze implementations run eight to sixteen weeks, depending on integration complexity, data model design and the number of channels and journeys in scope. Every engagement follows a four-phase delivery model with clear milestone sign-offs.
We run the source and destination platforms in parallel, with a structured cutover sequence. Critical lifecycle and transactional programs are migrated and validated before the source platform is decommissioned.
